Meet Luis meet Margarito – Owner of Zonal Construction. I grew up spending countless hours at job sites with my father. Over the years, I expanded my experience by studying architecture, earning my general contracting license in the state of Utah, and eventually starting Zonal Construction.
Zonal Construction is the culmination of that experience. I approach every project with care, clarity, and structure, ensuring each home reflects the vision and dreams of our clients. Margarito- Senior Project manger With decades of hands-on experience in residential construction, Margarito brings skill and knowledge to every project. From framing to finish work, he oversees field operations, mentors the crew, and ensures each home meets Zonal Construction’s exacting standards of quality and craftsmanship. Beyond the job site, his integrity and sense of purpose shape the culture at Zonal, leaving a lasting impact on both the homes we build and the community we serve.
